- 자국 시장(영미권/중화권/일본/동남아/중앙아시아/유럽/남미 등) 대상 유저 리서치 및 인사이트 수집
- 여행 및 뷰티 관련 소셜미디어·플랫폼 트렌드 조사 및 경쟁사 분석
- 현지 언어 기반 콘텐츠 로컬라이제이션(카피·UI 텍스트·랜딩페이지 검수 등)
- 국가별 소셜미디어 채널(TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu 등)에서 콘텐츠 제작 및 반응 테스트
- 광고 카피·키워드 등 퍼포먼스 마케팅 소재의 현지화 지원
- 현지 유저 인터뷰·서베이 설계 및 간단한 정량/정성 분석
- 리서치 및 실험 결과 문서화, 팀 공유

About the Team You’ll Be Working With
The MyRealTrip Inbound Team designs and scales services that help international travelers experience Korea more easily and meaningfully.
From travel product planning and supply, to search & discovery, content, and marketing, our team builds end-to-end product experiences from the perspective of global users. We lead new experiments and play a key role in achieving the company’s goal of vertical integration in the travel service space.
We explore diverse markets—including English-speaking regions, Greater China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and more—at high speed. Leveraging local user insights, data-driven decisions, and AI-powered experimentation, our mission is to unlock global-scale growth.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Global Marketing Intern
- Conduct user research and gather insights for your native market (e.g., English-speaking regions, Greater China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Europe, South America, etc.)
- Analyze travel/beauty-related social media and platform trends, and benchmark competitors
- Localize content based on your native language (copywriting, UI text, landing page checks, etc.)
- Create and test content on local social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
- Support localization of performance marketing materials such as ad copy and keywords
- Assist with the planning and execution of user interviews and surveys; perform basic qualitative/quantitative analysis
- Document research and experiment results and share them with the team
Requirement
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has interest or understanding in Korea’s travel/tourism industry, beauty industry, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
- Native-level proficiency in your primary language, such as English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Mongolian, Spanish, French, Russian, etc.
- Can communicate in Korean or English for daily work
- Is highly familiar with social media and online content consumption trends
- Has basic research and documentation skills (qualitative & quantitative)
- Learns quickly and adapts well to new markets, platforms, and tools
- Enjoys fast learning cycles and experiment-driven work environments
- Already holds a valid visa that allows internship work in Korea.
- We are unable to support new visa issuance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in three or more languages
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Experience in user research or data analysis
- Visa sponsorship is not provided.
